My stay at Old Chagala apartments was quite decent. The rooms are of a good size, but they still have a lingering smell of an old hotel. The service was a bit lacking in customer service skills, but the staff was extremely gentle and helpful. The location was not the nicest, although it was very convenient for my daily commute. The dining experience was basic but satisfactory, and the facilities were adequate.

The hotel offers cozy rooms in a quiet location ensuring total privacy and safety. While they provide a kettle in the room, it would be nice to include a couple of tea bags and coffee. The shower room in room 1112 was well-maintained.
